J.A.P.A.N. (Just Always Pray At Night) Japan!

when i heard the news, the first thing i thought was 2012, the alleged end of the world.

but it was actually my next thought that really drove me to post something in my status,

"wait lang 2012... bigyan mo muna ulit ako ng lovelife. its been a year, nalimutan ko na..."

then while waiting for a response, i saw a picture that made me realize how stupid, insenstive and selfish the status was. hence, i immediately deleted it and contemplated.

for at the end of each day, this is just one of the scenes, that goes beyond any selfishness and hope one will never see in his/her life.

all my prayers to the victims of the recent earthquake and tsunami in japan.

SO SAD. WHEN I HEARD THE NEWS STRAIGHT FROM SOMEONE IN JAPAN, I IMMEDIATELY PRAYED FOR ALL PEOPLE IN TOKYO AND THE P.I.

ang kulit lang ng earthquake ano..

what concerns me is the speed of news being brought to us.. tomorrow it will be the same speed another news will make the japan earthquake minuscule, irrelevant and to a point forgotten even if that news is as puny like justin bieber announces he is gay.

information overload ito.. people they tend to surprise themselves with old stuff that already in place in nature while overwhelmy occupied with redundant things.. it seemed helen keller is right when she said "Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

humans didn't invented earthquakes and tsunamis, but they are necessary functions to refresh the world, so another shore will be outlined or another mountain will rise...

ako din, naiisip ko ang twenty 12, pero what i know kyoto protocol will expire that year..so much about our attempt to have a healthier world.. that is far more discerning to deal with but of course people not care. because we love surprises..and we are secured in perfect order of things.. we got insurance..medicines..government and finally religion to deal with matters we cannot control

earthquake is our reality check that we can only do so much, in that case we pray not for salvation or forgiveness.. that for another we appreciated what it feels like to be human again in this very confused world.

all we can do is pray, kahit anong gawin natin, prayer is the only answer to our dilemma, walang makakapigil kung kelan man babalik si God, pero ang masmahalaga, tinatanggap naten siya ng BUONg BUO

Somehow the picture I choose for my Japan Earthquake blog entry is inspired by yours.

Nakakalungkot.
